A notary of your choice will draft the purchase agreement, and if needed, the mortgage deed. If financing is required, a financing contingency will be included in the agreement. Once everything is approved, you’ll sign the necessary documents and the deal is sealed.

If you need financing, we’ll gladly connect you with a reliable mortgage advisor from our network. It’s wise to gain insight into your borrowing capacity early on. Once you’ve received your final mortgage offer, we can proceed with scheduling the property transfer.

Handover and key transfer

Once all is in place, we schedule the final handover. On the day of delivery, we meet the selling party and their agent at the property for a final inspection. Then, we go to the notary’s office for the official signing of the deed of transfer. Congratulations, the home is officially yours!
