First of all, we will visit you. In a personal conversation you tell us your wishes and we discuss the sales possibilities and strategy. We also inspect your home or property to give you advise accordingly.
Based on what you have told us and what we have seen, we will draw up a plan of action. We also give advice on the selling price. We base this advice on our knowledge of the current market & on recently sold homes in the immediate vicinity and other reference properties.
We then place your property on well-known websites, such as Funda, Pararius Sales and other related platforms. We use beautiful photos, videos, house plans and 3D renditions. And of course striking, strong write-up of your property. Of course we also distribute your property through our own real estate network and social media channels.
When there are interested candidates, we plan one or more viewings. We negotiate the highest bid on your behalf.
We make a selection of the interested candidates. We will discuss the most suitable buyers with you.
If we have a deal with a suitable buyer, the notary (chosen by the buyer) will draw up a preliminary purchase contract. This includes the purchase price, resolutive conditions and delivery date.
After a final inspection of the house, together with you and the buyer, we go to the notary. Here you and the buyer sign the deed of delivery. The property is officially sold The notary ensures that the prperty is transferred correctly into the name of the buyer.
