Initial contact
This can be done by clicking CONTACT US and filling in the contact form. We get back to you and answer any initial questions you may have and go through your housing needs in detail.
If need be, a face-to-face appointment can be arranged at our office to discuss further details.
We schedule viewings for numerous properties based on your criteria.
Once we have mapped out your wishes, we will look for suitable homes. We search online and consult our network of brokers. Because we often work together with other brokers, we have a great advantage in the negotiation process. We also have access to the many properties that are sold outside the market. In addition, we can review past transactions to determine the right strategy for bidding on a home.
Once we have found you the right property what happens next?
HousingNet takes care of all the details and negotiations on your behalf and submits a professional application on the property to secure it for you.

We’ll assist with explaining the lease agreement and advise on payments of the rental and deposit amounts.
