Property valuation
After our initial meeting regarding the sale, you will receive a property valuation along with advice on the asking and selling price. We will also provide references for recently sold properties in the area. Additionally, we will send you our service agreement, including all details about our sales process.

Thorough preparation
Once we receive the signed service agreement, we ensure a smooth and hassle-free start! The property will be professionally photographed, accurately measured according to the NEN 2580 standard, and a professional floor plan will be created. All necessary documents, such as the title deed and information about the property and the homeowners' association (VvE), will be collected.
